Work from Office

Objective & Scope

This Policy shall define the working entitlement and shall cover rules & regulations regarding Work from Office policies, and shall be applicable to all the Permanent Employees/Temporary Employees.

  1. Daily Reporting and updation to the Manager is mandatory.
  2. Worksheet is to be maintained everyday.
  3. 3 Late entries will be counted as 1 half-day.
  4. Monthly 2 days paid leave will be applied once the probation period is completed for the new employees.       
  5. Monthly leaves will not be carried forward.   
  6. Salary will be given on basis of working days if your working days are less than 15 days (No Sunday or national holidays included)
  7. Attendance will be counted according to the manager’s attendance register time.   
  8. Every team should compose a mail to the management team for any work, project, or update.    
  9. Lunch duration is 30 minutes.

  • Daily Reporting and updation to the Manager is mandatory.
  • Worksheet is to be maintained everyday.
  • 3 Late log in will be counted as 1 half-day.
  • Monthly 2 days paid leave will be applied once the probation period is completed for the new employees.       
  • Monthly leaves will not be carried forward.   
  • Salary will be given on basis of working days if your working days are less than 15 days (No Sunday or national holidays included)
  • Attendance will be counted according to the manager’s attendance register time.   
  • Every team should compose a mail to the management team for any work, project, or update.    
  • Lunch duration is 30 minutes.
  • Everyone should be available during office time, in case of any emergency a mail is to be shared to the management team.
  • You should be available on hangout or call, in case the manager do not get a revert within 1 hour, it will be considered as 1 half-day and if the reply is delayed for more than 4 hours it will be considered 1 full-day leave.
